Who runs this website

The data controller is Tělocvičná jednota Sokol Moravské Bránice, company ID (IČO) 48480479, registered at Moravské Bránice 200, 664 64. The website presents the club’s football section.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not store any cookies in your browser and does not use any analytics or advertising tools. We do not track who visits the site. Fonts, images and all other content are loaded directly from our own website — not from third-party servers.

The exceptions are the Google map on the Contact page and Facebook posts on the home page and in match reports. They load only when you click on them — only then is your data (including your IP address and any cookies) passed to Google or Meta respectively. Until you click, nothing is shared with them.

Like any server, our web hosting provider keeps operational access logs (IP address, time, page address). They are used to keep the service running and secure.

Names of players and officials

For the men’s team we publish players’ first names and surnames on the squad list and the names of goalscorers with results. For the club committee and coaches we give their name and role. For the team’s coaches we also give a phone number — always only with their consent, so that anyone interested in playing, and opposing teams, know whom to contact. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and we will remove the number. We do not publish home addresses or registration numbers, and we do not put the names of youth-team players on the website at all.

The legal basis is the club’s legitimate interest in informing about its sporting activities — to an extent usual for sports clubs. Anyone can ask us to remove their name from the website.

Photos

The website shows team photos, portraits of players on the squad list (with the players’ consent) and pictures from matches and club events. If you do not want to appear in a published photo — and this also applies to photos of your child — write to us and we will remove or replace it. You do not have to give a reason.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to know what data we process about you, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to processing. Just write to us — we will reply within one month at the latest.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
